Krot pneumohydraulic unit

Krot-17U multipurpose pneumohydraulic unit is used for scaling of pipes of E, DKVR, DE, and KE type vertical water-tube two-drum steam boilers, as well as for cleaning of water-water and steam-water heater (boiler) pipes, condensers, refrigerators, evaporators and other heat exchangers from various deposits. Krot-17U unit is manufactured as a compact lightweight portable package, incorporating a drive, a water nozzle, two rubber hoses, a control pedal, controls, and a carrying handle. The cleaning method involves sequential layer-by-layer chipping of deposits from tube walls and simultaneous removal of chipped deposits with flowing water. The cleaning process consists in passing each pipe with a cleaning tool attached to the end of a flexible shaft or rod.
